Andy’s Hot Sauce Workshop

Join Andy in this interactive workshop to learn how to make your own hot sauce! Andy will set it up so that you can make the sauce with different kinds of kitchen tools. We will send you an ingredients list for various kinds of hot sauces, depending on your tastes. The equipment you will need outside of the usual kitchen equipment you have are: jars, glass weights, and silicone tops (airlock). GWS will gladly purchase you a kit for a donation of $25. A donation of $50 will enable us to donate a kit to another family in Somerville.
