Greening the City 4th Annual Gala

This year’s event will include music by local musicians (including the Go-Flo Casuals, the Soulful Souls and featuring the Tony the Bookie Orchestra!), a silent art auction highlighting local artists, great raffle items, a MILKSHAKE bar, organic wine, local beer by Pretty Things and the Cambridge Brewing Company, and MUCH MORE!
If you’ve ever wanted to be a fighter pilot for a day, then you need to buy your tix to the Greening the City Gala and bring your checkbook! Also on auction is a fabulous trip to California wine country, and a great vacation to New Orleans!

2nd annual innovative community partner award
in 2010, gws was lucky enough to partner with the friends of the mystic river and the mystic river watershed association to create a comprehensive invasives removal project on the mystic river. our work would not have been nearly as successful without the partnership, support, and guidance of the four local yacht and boat clubs. this year’s award is jointly presented by gws, the friends of the mystic river, and the mystic river watershed association!
