Food Movements Unite!

Food Movements Unite! will stimulate a vibrant discussion of food justice, sovereignty, movements, and politics on April 13. Eric Holt Gimenez, Executive Director of Food First/The Institute for Food and Development Policy, will introduce his new book “Food Movements Unite!” A panel discussion will follow with Eric, Will Masters (Tufts University), Saulo Araujo (Grassroots International) and a youth organizer from Alternatives for Community and Environment (ACE). The discussion will span the uprising of food movements and politics, from the global to local perspectives.
