Growing Gardeners

Groundwork will be helping out at the final Growing Gardeners workshops of 2021!
The workshops will be offered Friday, October 1, from 4 to 7 p.m., and Saturday, October 2, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the City Hall Annex, 50 Evergreen Avenue.
Growing Gardeners participants will learn how to plant, assemble, and maintain their own portable milk crate garden that will work well in any small outdoor space. Crates may include a variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. All supplies will be provided. Participants should have no previous experience – this class is designed to grow a new group of gardeners in the city!
The workshops are only open to Somerville residents.
