Seed Saving Workshop

Want to learn more about the different methods for saving seeds and the role of seed saving in the context of food sovereignty? In this workshop, we will both discuss and practice different seed saving techniques for a variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. In addition, we will explore the cultural and political importance of seed saving. Participants will take home their own packet of seeds to save for the spring!
